I'm Rachel Frainey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona. I have been in practice since 2021 and have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings - equipping me with an array of knowledge when working with all different concerns. 

My background and interest in philosophy, nutrition, ecology, and religious studies gives me a unique perspective on the challenges many face in today's demanding world.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University, where I learned foundational therapeutic skills. My academic foundation is complemented by extensive training in various modalities:

• Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Dr Frank Anderson, acknowledging inner parts and allowing them to heal - including a follow up training specialized in using IFS to treat Complex PTSD.

• Analytical Psychology & Neo-Jungian Studies from Pacific University, comprehensive certification focused on a deep understanding of unconscious processes that influence human behavior and relationships.

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with Dr Charles Jacob, addressing "black and white" thinking using practical skills to improve emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and relationship quality.

• Somatic Trauma Healing: Advanced Methods in Body-Based Therapies through PESI, healing by drawing deeper attention to the emotions stored in the body and moving through them in a meaningful way.
